Hi, I'm Constantin.

I'm a software engineer with over ten years building backend systems, integrations, and the AI now running through them, mostly where business systems meet engineering, across Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc. I'm currently a senior engineer at On AG in Berlin.

I work problems end to end: figuring out what's actually needed, building it, and keeping it solid in production. I've handled most of that coordination without a lead title, and leading it is what I want next. Alongside work I'm doing an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship at HEC Paris.

  • Finding the real problem. Turning a vague, non-technical request into something concrete enough to build.
  • Owning the whole arc. Designing, shipping, and keeping it running.
  • Connecting the sides. Keeping business and engineering working from the same plan.
